Pointhouse lands in Venice as main sponsor of TEDx Venezia.

The vibrant TEDx Mestre community has embarked on an ambitious transformation to become TEDx Venezia, opening a new chapter in the expansion of innovative and inspiring ideas in the lagoon city. The official debut as TEDx Venezia took place with the event ‘Balancing Act’ on 14 April 2024, at Terminal 103 - Tronchetto.
The theme was inspired by the city itself: Venice, whose iconic beauty floats on fragile balances - between land and water, between inhabitants and tourism, between craftsmanship and globalisation.

The event explored this theme from many angles, organising several workshops and talks that were focused on the balance between private and professional life, and the integration of sustainability and technological progress. The speeches, lasting a maximum of 18 minutes, captured the audience's attention, while the interactive workshops offered participants the opportunity to explore important topics in depth by engaging directly with experts in the field.

As a company and a brand, we contributed to the setting up of the spaces, providing chairs, tables, and benches in order to create a comfortable and welcoming environment within the Terminal's main common areas.
Our participation reflects our commitment to supporting activities in the area that promote innovation, diversity and the sharing of ideas, helping to stimulate dialogue to address the challenges of our time.
