Our commitment as a partner of the ‘Let's start with the future’ events continues.

The Social Promotion Association ‘Mina con noi’, set up a few years ago to remember the young footballer Nicolò Minello who died in a car accident on 18 October 2020, continues its review of events ‘Partiamo dal futuro’ by touching on the theme of the value of economic independence, with writer and economist Azzurra Rinaldi.
On Tuesday, 28 May, in the setting of the San Mauro Theatre in Noventa di Piave, not only economic independence was discussed, but also gender inequality in the workplace, with a special focus on the writer's new book ‘How to ask for a raise. Strategies and practices to give you the right value.’ An evening in which there were conversations on how to ask for fair compensation, through data, examples, techniques and strategies; offering concrete tools to really make culture, acting together. The initiative continued on 29 May at the Municipal Library of Noventa di Piave, with the public meeting (organised by IVL) lead partner of the project ‘INCROCI DI GENERE. Strategies for overcoming the pay gap", which aims to investigate the employment and salary disparities between the male and female genders, with the ultimate goal of improving female employment in the Veneto Region.
